At Chokore, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer Exchanges, Store Credit, or Gift Cards subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

Products are eligible for exchange or store credit if:

  • The request is raised within 3 days of order delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.

What We Offer

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Eligible returns will be processed as one of the following:

  • Exchange for the same product in another size (subject to availability).
  • Exchange for another product of equal or higher value.
  • Store Credit valid for future purchases on Chokore.com.
  • Digital Gift Card valid for future purchases on Chokore.com.

Store Credit & Gift Card Terms

  • Store Credit/Gift Cards will be issued after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
  • Store Credit/Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Store Credit/Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date.
  • Store Credit can only be used on Chokore.com.

Reverse Pickup Charges

A reverse pickup charge of ₹250 per return request will be applicable and will be deducted from the Store Credit or Gift Card amount issued.

If a customer chooses self-shipping, shipping costs incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or gift card issuance:

  • Opened perfumes and fragrances.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance Sale, or Non-Returnable.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or washing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, Chokore will offer:

  • A replacement product; or
  • Store Credit/Gift Card equivalent to the product value.

No cash refunds will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. For prepaid orders, the amount will be converted into Store Credit or a Gift Card.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Processing Timeline

  • Reverse pickup will generally be scheduled within 7 working days after approval.
  • Store Credit/Gift Cards will be issued within 3–5 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 3–7 working days subject to stock availability.

No Refund Policy

Chokore follows a strict No Refund Policy.

By placing an order on Chokore.com, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • No monetary refunds will be issued to bank accounts, cards, UPI, wallets, or any other payment method.
  • All eligible returns will be settled through Product Exchange, Store Credit, or Gift Card only.

Store Credit and Gift Cards cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another person.
