Returns will be picked up within 7 working days after receiving the return confirmation. Refunds will be credited within 7 working days after receiving the return/original item ordered from www.chokore.com. You can exchange your product or return it to us and get a refund.

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, damage, or wash.
- Perfumes are not eligible for return if the seal is opened.
- For same day delivery option, you need to confirm returns or exchanges within 1 day of receiving your order.

- Return Window: Customers must initiate a return request within three days of receiving the product.

- Please note: We cannot offer refunds for damaged or broken products.
